Reading Notes: Ramayana Part B

A majority of Part B was stories about Rama, Sita, and Lakshmana after part A which was when Rama was thrown out of Ayodhya. In the stories they meet a number of people as they travel throughout the different areas in the number of tales. They meet.......

• Urmila
• Anjana an apsara (Hanuman's mother)
• Anasuya wife of Atri
• Vayu the wind-god
• Hanuman the monkey son of Vayu
• Agastya
• Nidra-Devi the goddess of sleep
• Rishi Sutikshna
• etc

Part B consists of a number of different tales/stories that have many different things going on in a variety of different settings. However, they all come together and are most likely going to lead to a specific event at the end. Part B leaves the reader wondering what is going to occur next after Sita gets kidnapped by Ravana. I am sure this is leading to a specific event which will take place in either Part C or D.
